Ingredients: smoked paprika, black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, onion

chili powder, cumin, mustard powder, citric acid


Directions

  1. Prep the Meat: Pat brisket dry and trim excess fat.

  2. Season Generously: Coat all sides with Ash Kicker —don’t be shy!

  3. Rest: Let it sit for 30–60 minutes to absorb the flavors.
