Ingredients: kosher salt, paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne, pepper, black pepper, white pepper, thyme, oregano, celery seed, mustard, lemon zest, red pepper, bay leaf powder, 

cumin, coriander, chipotle powder, all spice

Directions

For a Crawfish or Seafood Boil:

  1. Fill Your Pot: Add water and bring to a boil.

  2. Season Like a Pro: Use ½ cup Cajun Crawdad Chaos per gallon of water for full Cajun flavor.

  3. Add Ingredients: Start with potatoes and corn, then sausage, and finish with crawfish or seafood.

  4. Simmer & Soak: Cook until tender, then let everything soak for 10–15 minutes for maximum flavor.

  5. Serve & Sprinkle: Drain and serve. For extra heat, dust more seasoning over the finished boil.

Pro Tip: Mix with melted butter for a spicy dipping sauce!
