Coyote Fury is a fiery, herbaceous dry rub that blends the heat of jalapeño with the brightness of lime and the aromatic punch of basil. These wings deliver a crisp, zesty bite with a subtle herbal undertone—perfect for adventurous palates craving bold flavor without the mess of sauce.


Ingredients: jalapeno powder, chives, basil, garlic, onion, lime zest, parsley, black pepper, salt

  1. Prep the Wings

    • Pat wings dry thoroughly.

    • Optional: Toss in 1 tbsp baking powder for extra crispiness.

  2. Season

    • Combine all dry rub ingredients in a bowl.

    • Coat wings evenly with the mixture, pressing it in for full coverage.

  3. Cook

    • Oven:

      • Preheat to 425°F (220°C).

      • Bake on a wire rack for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.

    • Air Fryer:

      • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

      • Cook for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway.

  4. Finish

    • Toss wings lightly with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with fresh basil and thin jalapeño slices for a vibrant finish.
