Directions

For a Classic Seafood Boil:

  1. Fill Your Pot: Add water and bring to a boil.

  2. Season Generously: Use ½ cup of Hank’s Hot Pot Grit per gallon of water for bold flavor.

  3. Add Ingredients: Start with potatoes and corn, then sausage, and finish with seafood.

  4. Simmer & Soak: Cook until tender, then let everything soak for 10–15 minutes for maximum flavor.

  5. Serve & Enjoy: Drain, spread out, and dig in!
